You’re registering for an in-person, hands-on Sobadas immersion rooted in womb wellness, reproductive + sexual health, traditional bodywork, and radical self-preservation.

- 20 hours of hands-on training
- Sobadas techniques for self-application
- Body landmarks, anatomy, visceral positioning + movement
- Abdominal spiral and safe manual manipulation methods
- Techniques for locating, sobando, and acomodando the uterus, ovaries, uterine tubes, and bladder
- Safety, contraindications, and special considerations
- Tools for building confidence, capacity, and intuitive body connection
- Access to the private Sobadas online community
Due to the nature of this program, there are NO REFUNDS. Once you’re in, it’s simple: Show up. Do the work.
3-month payment plan
3 payments of $433. The first payment is due at the time of checkout. The remaining 2 payments will be automatically billed on the same date for the next 2 months.
